As her healthy and joyful influence spreads, Sage is becoming known for her ability to weave impassioned and inspired messaging into powerful asana yoga practice, making you conscious of your true essence and strength. Many line their mats to practice with her because of her ability to communicate yoga as "the practice of life". She insists, "Movement, physicality is just another way into the space of consciousness, where we can access intuition and emotional insight that move us out of uncertainty and into a more graceful flow! Giving PAUSE ignites a relationship to something deeper, and through this bodily prayer, we unite with the Greater Spirit of Love and grow into our ability to be able, available, tolerant, passionate and loving humans in the world we inhabit."

Fascinated by human design, movement and alignment principles, she is ever-immersed in diverse and dynamic physical studies that range from Yoga, Strength/Cross Training and Plyometrics, Mixed Martial arts like Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Tibetan Kung Fu, to rock climbing and aerial silks. Combining her cumulative knowledge as a healer with the most effective Eastern and Western physical philosophies, Sage is able to design a conscious and cohesive PAUSE experience by infusing her teachings with her highly engaging yet available and playful mix of physical disciplines.
